T. Rowe Price

Okay @easteenlaw
Then, is it possible that when you "had trouble even finding TR Price when trying to reenter this account after deleting it" somehow it never "reconnected"? Perhaps if you let me know what happens when you update the account in Quicken - such as whether you receive an error code, or what information appears in "Online Center" when you update, perhaps that might help.
Let me know and we should be able to get you back on track.

Hi @easteenlaw,
Are you referring to ticker PRRXX? If so, that is a money market fund where the price does not change - it has a stable $1.00 share price.

Hi Frankx: Yes. My Government Reserve account balance fluctuates over time. Quicken is not currently recognizing my account. It recognizes our other TRP holdings. (Our Gov. Reserve currently is $0.00. Perhaps because it's empty Quicken doesn't update?)
Indeed I had trouble even finding TR Price when trying to reenter this account after deleting it.0 -
Hi again @easteenlaw,
Well if the account has no balance and no recent transactions then there would be no transactions to be downloaded, right? Even if Quicken "connected" with the fund - which it may be doing - there would be no transactions downloaded. And the price is stable (it stays at $1.00 per share) so there would be no price change to be updated in Quicken anyway. Dose that make sense?

Hi Frankx: No. It has recent transactions. The $1/share is irrelevant. The account is an active sweep account. Sometimes it has funds/sometimes we empty it. Quicken always recognized it in the past. It was working until today. So, I'll wait a few days and see what happens. Thanks for taking the time.0

Hi Frankx:
Seems to be working correctly--at least for now. Thanks for your insight.
