CC-501 error with Navy Fed Credit Union

I've had an issue with the quicken servers on Navy Federal Credit Union for about a week. It's not downloading anything. What gives?

    Thank you for posting in the Community today, though I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue with your Navy Federal Credit Union account.

    For the CC 501 error I will suggest that you call SUPPORT. We will need to review the log files to determine how to proceed. Please do not attempt to deactivate the account as this will clear the information that we need to collect.
