Why does Quicken Deluxe 2020 keep adding blank entries to my check register ??

Quicken Deluxe 2020 keeps adding blanks entries to to my check register and I can't get rid of them. I am using the later version of Quicken with all current updates. I've already tried reinstalling Quicken.

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
