Unable to Update Stock Industry/Category Information

    I am on Windows Quicken 2020, R30.14 and the problem hasn't been resolved. I contacted support via chat and that was just frustrating. Even after pointing the representative to posts in this community about the problem, no solution was offered or case opened. There are other community threads describing this issue several years ago.

    I just applied the R30.19 update and it is still broken.

    W11 Quicken Deluxe 2023. Industry/category missing for some securities which are obvious (eg msft)

    Some are not so obvious. How can they be updated manually?
