Quicken starter software

Having recently installed Quicken Starter software I have noticed a program now in my list:

iSEEK AnswerWorks English runtime

Is this something I need or can I uninstall it ?

    You need it. That software runs Quicken's online help.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    I believe that runs the help function in Quicken.  I would leave it.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
