Latest Version?

I am on ver 30.21. During one step update Quicken asked if I wanted to update to latest ver. I said yes and then was told I was on the latest version. However the latest version seems to be 31.5. What is going on?

    Version 31.5 was a staged release (limited number for test purposes).  It seems to have a bug that affects scrolling in registers so I imagine the release was paused.  It will likely be a slightly different number and a new patch once the bug is fixed.

    I'm having this same problem, makes navigating a register impossible.  I also have had problems with accounts not being mathematically correct. I deleted Quicken and reinstalled which fixed that problem.  Scroll bug still exists.
