Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here where did you purchase quicken? Did you purchase it from Quicken or a 3rd party vendor? (Amazon, Walmart, ETC). We'll need this information to figure out exactly what's happening. Also if you did purchase from a 3rd part vendor did you do so online or instore?
Once you get the chance let us know some more details.

That is only for other "retailers" outside of Quicken.Your Quicken ID reflects your purchased version and your expiration date.Just install it - open it - and use it -
