    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here where did you purchase quicken? Did you purchase it from Quicken or a 3rd party vendor? (Amazon, Walmart, ETC). We'll need this information to figure out exactly what's happening. Also if you did purchase from a 3rd part vendor did you do so online or instore? 

    Once you get the chance let us know some more details.

    Well.... again - WHERE did you purchase it ?
    If you bought it online from a real retail store, then you should have received an email receipt with an Activation Code.
    If you bought it from eBay or some other online "store" -
    hard to say what the seller was actually selling,
    and what you actually received -
    which is why we are asking the specific Q&A -

    Well... if you downloaded directly from Quicken - then there is no Activation Code.
    That is only for other "retailers" outside of Quicken.
    Your Quicken ID reflects your purchased version and your expiration date.
    Just install it - open it - and use it -
