After having had a corrupt file that cost me a lot of time to rectify I run frequent validations of my data and occasionally it fixes various errors. Today I got this (and I've got similar messages before after validation):
QDF:

Then my follow-up validation came up with this:

I've got errors like this before that says there was an invalid transaction that was removed, invalid category that was removed or something similar. Yet I've never noticed anything removed or missing. What exactly does this mean?
Furthermore, why can't the DATA_LOG tell me which account was affected?
