Why are all tranaction payee's listed as N/A, and all account names?

Since Saturday (2/13/21), I went to update my registers, and all Banking accounts, Property & Debt accounts are named N/A. When viewing the transactions in each account, all the payees are listed as N/A as well. What has changed in Quicken?

    Hi again @snixon3297

    That is usually a sign of corruption of your Quicken datafile.  If you have a recent backup file, you should revert to that.  If you don't have a recent backup file, you should follow the following instructions to validate and potentially supervalidate your data file - here's the LINK.

    Before you try the validate process make sure that you make a copy of your datafile using the Quicken file copy feature (not windows).

    Let us know how that goes.

    Hi @snixon3297

    Are you seeing the "N/A" when using the Quicken desktop application or when using Quicken Mobile & Web?

    @Frankx

    Ended up restoring from a backup; performing the validate showed the file had become corrupted.

    Thanks for the help!
