I receive a CC-501 error when trying to Activate One Step Update for Santander Bank.

Any help available? I have shut Quicken down and exited then accessed and tried again after hours of waiting. Same results. I shut down overnight and still have the same problem.

    There is a known issue with Version R31.12, but they have yet to fix it.
