Capitol One not downloading

On Quicken version R31.12; build 27.1.31.12, Capitol One transactions are not downloading. If I disconnect and reconnect with Capitol One, it does give me several recent transactions, several are duplicates. I can download a file by logging into Capitol One and downloading, then importing the transactions; however, one-step update is not working. It does work on Chase accounts.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize in the issue you're having. That is odd I'm wondering where exactly the issue is. I believe in this case it might help trying to see on a test file if we have a similar issue. This will give us a better idea of where exactly the issue is.
