Capitol One not downloading
On Quicken version R31.12; build 188.8.131.52, Capitol One transactions are not downloading. If I disconnect and reconnect with Capitol One, it does give me several recent transactions, several are duplicates. I can download a file by logging into Capitol One and downloading, then importing the transactions; however, one-step update is not working. It does work on Chase accounts.
