Thanks for the information. I'm wondering here if we can connect with a test file. This will give us more information about where the issue is located. When you're connecting make sure that you have direct connect selected as well. I'll leave a video down below.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. How long have you been having this error. Generally with an OL 0297 it may be due to a couple of different things. To start off here have you looked at the troubleshooting article for the error just yet? If not there's a couple of troubleshooting steps we're able to take. I'll leave a link down below.

I have performed all trouble shooting. As I said before I had this same issue last year and one day out of the blue the connection worked. I have used Quicken since the 90's and have never had an issue. At this time I'm ready to look for another program, not worth buying again in April if I can not use it. Please advise, this is costing me so much in time.0
