I'm trying to change my Quicken login password, but it won't accept it. Why?

I'm using a 12-character password, with Caps, lower-case, symbols and numbers. But when I click "Submit", the screen shows a message: Please try again, and if it still does not work, let us know. The last three words are a link, but when I click on it, it takes me to the Community Support page! What am I doing wrong?

Sorry... my error. I'm not a tech person, so when I started experiencing odd behavior from my laptop, I took it to a professional. He discovered some glitches and errors from a recent OS update. He cleaned the registry, did some 'software repairs' and fixed the issues. I was able to change my password at Quicken after all. Thanks for the reply.
