Splitting 1 account into two

My Ameriprise IRA is now two accounts due to a change in investment strategy (ESG). How can I transfer some of the cash balance in one account to fund the second account? This mimics what actually happened? I see no "TYPE" for that

    I ended up transfering to my Cash account and then transfering from Cash to my new account.
