Quicken can't find my Citizens - World Mastercard account.

No problem finding and adding other Citizens checking/savings accounts. What financial institiution hosts this account? Did anyone solve this problem? Have Citizens "hidden" these credit card accounts intensionally so they don't have to deal with accounting software up/ downloads?

What exact bank name have you setup for your Quicken account - since there are dozens of "Citizens" bank entries ?
What does it say on the card itself for the issuing bank ?
What website do you log into to view your MC account ?
