Error is quicken's online service is not available at this time try back in 10 min. It is going on 3 days

Seems to still be a problem, I cannot open my data file (think I have a password but this is the membership PW) and password retrieve link does not work. Checking membership status with another file returns WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CONTACT THE QUICKEN SERVER

I am receiving the same error message about checking back in 10 min.

I called Quicken Support at 650-250-1900 and they straightened me out.

For the record, the procedure to get out of this hole is:
Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.
