B of A and cc-501

I can not connect to bank of america. Main issue is CC-501 secondary issue is a screen asks how do you want to receive security code only gives one option and that is via email. How do I clear that to get the security code via text?

    look at your settings on the BofA app...how do you have it set to receive security codes?

    I have my cell as the number one contact and email as secondary. I originally had my old home phone and I exchanged it with my cell phone number to receive texts.

    not sure I followed your answer....in the security center at the BofA website, I have 'extra security at sign-in' turned to 'off'. not sure if that matters or not, but I would check.  Did you call BofA? I suspect your issue is with how your settings at BofA are set and nothing to do with Q
