Unable to delete biller under Bills & Income

I have a biller listed in my Bills & Income that I'm unable to delete. I have deleted this biller under my Bill & Income reminders, but it stills show up under Bills & Income. It's listed as "Needs Attention". Any idea how to delete this completely?

    I have finally found the answer I was looking for. Basically, all I needed to do was to click on the settings icon in the upper right hand corner, then click on "validate online billers". It allowed me to delete it.
