Is there a way to open my Quicken file offline mode?

I need to be able to view and work on Quicken in offline mode, but, now, with the subscription model, I have to open it when I have Internet access. Any way to allow me to work offline?

Have you tried this?
Before you start Quicken unplug the Ethernet cable and turn off WiFi access.
This should be equivalent to "Airplane Mode = ON"

Just unplugging the Ethernet cable is not the same as Airplane Mode. You would need to disable the Ethernet adapter as well as the wifi adapter.

IN Windows 10, there's an "airplan mode", will this work? I tried it, it took my password, and then, just spins.

Yes, Airplane Mode should work.
