R34.19 - install and got Cert Error

Saw an update to R34.19, installed it and got an Cert Error. Tried to reinstall quciken and it failed. No idea how to get quicken reinstalled at this point

    Finally, uninstalled, ran Qcleanui (more than once), and reinstalled. Updated to R34.19. No idea what happaned.
