Aspire Financial Services - investlink

I have a retirement account setup with Aspire Financial Services - InvestLink, and was wondering if Quicken can download the transactions. I have not found any link to this company and the website doesn't have a transaction download link. Would Quicken consider adding this company to the investment page?

Have you tried any of these entries when you do - Add Account -
And to clarify, Quicken is a Services for a fee company....
financial companies contract with Quicken for various levels of support and downloading features....
SO - if your Aspire Financial Services - InvestLink
has not contracted with Quicken,
then there is no entry and therefore no downloading support.

Thank you, what you mentioned makes sense to me, they are not contracted with the company.
