Quicken Deluxe upgrade

I use Quicken Deluxe 2014 solely as an offline tool (I use none of Quicken's WEB services). If I install Quicken Deluxe 2019 will I be able to continue to use Quicken Deluxe 2019 in the same way I currently use Quicken Deluxe 2014 without being forced to upgrade to a newer version sometime in the future. I ask this because I find the Quicken license agreement a bit confusing.

    The latest version of Quicken is a subscription product. After activation, it can be used in an offline manner.

    If you are not going to use the online services then why upgrade?  I'm staying on Quicken 2013.  

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
