Return of Capital problems

I have several investment accounts that each hold securities that pay Return of Capital vs Dividend income. I don't understand why when I run investment income reports that include ROC, the ROC's for one of my accounts simply do not show up in the report. Security and Account are both checked, ROC is checked, they just don't show. I've deleted the downloaded transaction and manually entered as an ROC, still won't show. Any ideas?
thanks

the ROC's for one of my accounts simply do not show up in the report. ”
If you expand the income categories or actions, do the transactions appear under some other grouping?
Is there something else unique about this account? IRA, etc.?
if you use a broader scope investment transactions report, do the transactions show up?
The delete / re-enter was my best bet for a fix.

I've expanded the income categories/actions and checked everything pertinent, and no- they are not under some other grouping. Nothing unique about this account (Fidelity). The ROC's under my Schwab account carry over just fine. I have tried deleting and manually entering them, still don't show at all.
    Frustrating! Thanks for the reply

Validate a copy of the file?  I’m skeptical.
Manually enter a div in this account, this security.
Manually enter an ROC this account, this security.
Manually enter div this account, other security.
Manually enter an ROC this account, other security.
Possibly repeat above for a different account.
Anything helpful from all that as to security-specific, or new manual entries, something else?

I've validated on a regular basis, so that isn't the issue. I've also had some of these ROC's come in as dividends (quite a while back) and I manually changed to ROC. Dividends come in just fine and reinvested dividends do as well. It's really odd that the 2 securities (MMP and EPD) just won't show in my reports. Quarterly distributions, so we are talking just 8 annual transactions- but none of them will show in Quicken reports!

Manually changing from Div to ROC does not fully work. The delete and re-enter is required in all such cases as far as I can tell. It appears some internal pointer leaves it as a Div transaction for at least some reports.

Only those two securities?  Won’t show regardless of the account used?  Are those securities possibly hidden?

I've actually tried both ways, entering a completely new transaction with ROC, still doesn't show in reports
