Need help adding a GreenState Credit Union Credit Card

Using the + to add the account finds GreenState Credit Union, and that only locates checking and savings accounts. It doesn't find the credit card account through that institution. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you, I need more information. For instance, what connection method are you using? Do the accounts and credit card(s) under the same username/bank ID and password?
To check the connection method being used select Settings >Downloads.
Once more information is obtained we can move forward with diagnosing the issue.

Accounts with this institution are set up to use Express Web Connect.0

Thank you for your response. Since you are not getting any error codes/messages and your credit card is not being found or accessed, I would recommend contacting your financial institution. Quicken is only able to download transactions for accounts that are made available to it. I apologize for the inconvenience.
