Quotes from "Market Data Express" not updating (BTC, ETH)

Since these are the only current (poorly, intermittent) supported sources for BTC and ETH quotes, this is a problem. Anyone found another source?

Examples:
INDEX:ETH100RP
INDEX:ETH20RP
INDEX:ETH200RP
INDEX:ETH400RP
INDEX:ETH5RP
INDEX:ETH50RP
INDEX:BTCUSD20P
INDEX:BTCUSD1
INDEX:BTCUSD10
INDEX:BTCUSD20

(Edit: some of the BCH quotes are updating, e.g. INDEX:BCHUSD5, but none of the BTC or ETH.)
