Capital One credit card account cc-501 error

In attempting to resolve the Schwab problem [Removed - Inaccurate], The Capital One credit card accounts now report a cc501 error and Quicken can not download.

Also, The Schwab Charitable Account is not accessed in the download. This account is missing entirely from the download. It can not be authorized at Schwab.

    Addition to Post. Capital One reports unable to authorize and unable to contact Quicken Servers.
    What has happened to Quicken servers?
