Schwab still getting 501 error after installing R36.45 patch

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Started up Quicken and installed the R36.45 patch, exiting and started again.
Tried going through the recommended procedure, but the 501 error persists.
Anyone get it working yet?
