How to change [Mortgage Account] user name

My mortgage company recently changed my user name to my email address. How do I change that in quicken. When I get the error message after downloading transactions, I click fix it and type in the new name but it only changes the password not the user name.

You have to deactivate Online Services and then reactivate with your new username.
