Not all AMEX Cards will not update

I have 2 active AMEX cards - One updates without issue, one updated last on 11/17 but nothing since. I have reset all the accounts , deactivated and reactivated and have check the account numbers to be sure they matched. I do not get an error messages. Any ideas

What exactly are these AmEx cards? Traditional Green card? Other?
Are both cards reported on the same AmEx card statement (e.g., your card and your wife's)?AmEx has multiple selections based on the type of card you have. Go into Tools / Add Account and select American Express. The selection window will show what's available. I have 4 separate AMEX accounts - We are not talking about cards on the same account. All 4 are tagged to the correct Quicken accounts. 3 update fine and one does not - I created a test Quicken file and I get the updates in it OK but not my main file . I have reset, deactivated, deleted, added all with the same result no data downloads on that one account. I ran the file validation and super validation routine but nether resolved the issue.0

Have you tried the procedure in https://www.quicken.com/support/missing-some-transactions-when-downloading-bank ? If some transactions are stuck, toggling the Automatically accept setting for this account as outlined in the procedure might shake those transactions loose.
