How can i Upgrade from my Quicken Starter account to a Quicken Deluxe account?

I have a subscription for a Quicken Starter account and I want to upgrade to the deluxe account, but I cannot find any way to do that except to buy a new subscription.
Can i migrate my current subscription to the Deluxe plan?
