Downloaded transactions - auto match vs manual match

Used One step update..when download is complete I would open that bank or Credit card account and those transactions to match would be at bottom of window.
Now all of a sudden the account has the flag in front of account but No DOWNLOADED TRANSACTIONS are present? User with many years of usage this is the first time this has happened. Seems after I changed bank or credit card account password this occurred.
Any help as to what happened and how to finish my matches ?
Also is there a quicker way to change multiple bank or credit card accounts? How to change them otherwise. I know of one way but a more efficient way would be appreciated.
