Quicken ID Screen to sign in is a blank.

Quicken worked fine this AM but then it started requesting my Quicken ID. I put in what I believed was my ID but was told it was incorrect. Choose I forgot my password link. Said it would send me an email but never did (tried repeatedly). Now when I start Quicken it comes up with "Enter Quicken ID" screen but otherwise is blank. The only way I can close Quicken now is via Task Manager. I am unable to use Quicken at all. I can't even try to install a recent backup.

Hi @enmemimo, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Please close Quicken using task manager. Then, hold ctrl + shift down on your keyboard while opening Quicken. From there, you should be able to click file > new Quicken file, and name it test then save. After those steps, you should be prompted to sign in. Once signed you you can try and open your main file or a backup again. I hope this helps!0
