Error while trying to update software

Hi. For last month or so software tries to update and I get this message (attached). Not sure what to do.

Are you using TrendMicro Antivirus?
If so, please temporarily disable AV, run the update and then reenable AV.Contact TrendMicro Support to ask for a solution to this problem.
