QUICKEN UPDATE RUINED EVERYTHING! PLEASE REVERT!

After the last Quicken update I was getting the error message CC-502 when downloading from First Florida Credit Union. Quicken chat help told me to deactivate and reactivate. I did that and it WIPED OUT ALL OF MY BALANCES! I'm so glad I had made a copy of my data file before doing that. WHEN IS THIS ERROR GOING TO BE FIXED! IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS NOW! PLEASE FIX AND LET US KNOW WHEN IT'S DONE!
