Problem downloading Schwab Transactions

As with a number of people I am having a problem downloading investment transaction for my Schwab Account.
My systems is showing release 36.57. I have read some postings that have said that updating to release 37.62 may cure the problem.
When I check for updates the response is that my system, 36.57, is up-to-date.
Is there a way to manually install release 37.62?

You can manually install it using the Mondo patch.

Thanks I'm updated to 37.62. Hopefully that will solve the problem.0

I have applied the patch, restarted Quicken, tried to update accounts, but still no luck. I have also completed the permission slip on the Schwab site. What have I missed?0

Schwab transaction downloads are not working for me. Other company accounts are downloading fine.-1
