You are downloading a .exe file. What happens when you double click the file? Have you tried restarting your computer?

Nothing happens just looks like it wants to start but doesn’t. Have restarted the computer

i have downloaded 3 times, when I open file, it supposedly loads data, says "open quicken" after 2 hours still an hourglass spinning, never opens quicken. If I close i]out, I can reopen quicken, but Fidelity data will note when I click on investing

I think you may be talking a DIFFERENT issue -
this discussion is only about the actual downloading and running of the EXE patch file.... Not opening Quicken -
