Should I add these billers separately if they already appear in my Credit Card accounts?

    Maybe not as Online Billers, but definitely as Scheduled Reminders so you don't forget (and can budget for) the recurring bills.
    That's how I've set up most of my recurring bills which are set to Auto-Pay: utilities, phone, car insurance, etc.
