Adding a Freedom Mortgage account isn't working

I am trying to add my Freedom Mortgage account to my Quicken and it is not recognizing the credentials. I have rechecked and can definitely use the same credentials to login to Freedom Mortgage on their website. It seems to be broken in Quicken.

I have been having this issue since November as well. Have tried resolving with Quicken Support to no avail. Same situation - can log in with credentials to Freedom Mortgage site but not via Quicken. Several people reporting same problem.
