Yes. OL-295-A from Discover Card. Happened both attempts in the last hour.

BTW, I just got off the phone with Discover support, and they are now aware of the issue (and currently trying to figure out what's going on...the agent stated a possible issue with a server). No ETA re: resolution as of now.

Just tried a download via OSU a few seconds ago, and it works fine now.
