How do you get a Quicken tech to call you back, like he promised to do?

I worked with a tech yesterday until almost 6:00 and he said he would call me today to set up a time for a higher tech to work on my problem. He never called. I don't want to be on hold for 30 minutes again. Not impressed with Quicken support.
