Missing Checking Account transactions V 37.67

I have been having trouble since day one with the update in Dec. After hours on phone thought it was resolved but am missing all my November transactions in my checking account. Quicken updated today with V37.67 but my problem was not resolved.

    Can you give us some additional information?  You said you are "missing all my November transactions in my checking account" - do you mean that you are unable to download those November transactions, or are you saying that the November transactions - which were in your Quicken account, have disappeared?

    Please also tell us how you download transactions and the financial institution's name.
