So - I first reported the problem to Quicken on 12/26; found others in Community had reported issues starting in Nov. I chatted with Quicken rep, followed up 2-3 days later, have a ticket open, have sent files, etc. No contacts from Quicken on a resolution or a potential date for a resolution. I can't update checking account or credit card account. This is not a good experience.
