Can't get Quicken to import transactions into the right account

I bank with Wells Fargo where I have multiple accounts. For some reason about 5 months of transactions from April-September are missing.

I went to the WF website and downloaded them as a Quicken file. When I double-click on the file Quicken does not give the option to import them into the proper account, even though the account numbers are the same. Any ideas?

    I have been having the same problem. I'm getting fed up with having to make all the corrections manually. It happened several months ago and now again when I just upgraded the level of quicken for Mac. I have well over 20+ accounts [Removed - Language].
