Capital One Error

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I spoke with Captial One this morning and there are no locks on my account or errors on their side. I got a new card, deleted my old Capital One account in Quicken and tried to set up the new account. I can no longer automatically update the transactions. Please fix. Seems from what I have read here that this has been an on-going problem since December.
