I'm having an issue pulling data from my STRS into Quicken. I am not retired, however I would just let to track my account in Quicken. I do not manage my retirement account, it is managed by the Ohio STRS system.

    Hello @Beaver Lodge

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this difficulty with downloads and connections on your retirement account. I thank you for drawing the attention of the Quicken Community to this problem.

I very much want to help you in addressing this issue, but I do have a few questions for you first. What instance are you selecting when trying to link your account in the bank list in Quicken? Also, what Connection Type are you using? You can revisit this by selecting the investment account from the left-hand panel in the Account List and then going to Accounts > Settings > Downloads in the upper menu at the top of the screen while Quicken is open. Also, are you noticing any error messages when you try to update your account, or download and import .QXF files?

I look forward to your responses to these inquiries and hope to work with you on this issue in the future.

    Thanks,

    Quicken Jared
