I can't use the scrollbar in the register. Can someone help?

Immediately after update R38.29 Build 27.1.38.29, I can't click and scroll the register tab to view my transactions. This has happened before, but the old fix isn't available in preferences/set-up.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are experiencing this issue. I attempted to recreate this issue and was able to do so. A bug report has been submitted. Pardon the inconvenience caused by this issue. In addition, we do not have an ETA for a fix at the moment.
