CC-601 Discover Bank and Discover Credit Card

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to Discover Bank and Discover Credit Card. Getting cc-601 error and have been for about a week. Using Version R38.29 on Windows 10

    To check the connection method please select Tools >Account List >Edit account details >Online Services.

    Thanks for your help Paloma. I'm using Express Web Connect. Noticed that an improved connection is available and opted for the reset option. That too has errored out and the error states "It's not my fault."

    Discover Bank started working later yesterday and Discover Card is working again today. No more errors in accessing nor downloading from the bank. All is well and thanks again for the help!
