How can I secure access to Quicken on my desktop?

On a running Win10 desktop is there a way to require a password to open the program?

And if you're concerned about someone accessing your computer, Quicken or any other document or application, while you're not looking, LOCK your computer when you step away. Press the Win-key together with the "L" key to lock the system with your Windows password. That also protects you from your cat resting on the keyboard or an inquisitive toddler moving Desktop icons with the mouse to the Recycle Bin ...
Family members or other authorized users should have and use their own, limited capability Windows User Accounts.
