cc-508 error; Quicken Support Fix Protocol Fails

The last several days, my bank downloads have failed in One-Step Update.
The "Fix It" protocol fails, as does the protocol in the FAQ link (https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-using-online-services-cc-508). My financial institution has no new page or pop-up window that needs my response. Any suggestions on a fix?

I have the same issue with more than one institution. Has been a problem since 2/11/220

Have you already spoken with representatives at Yakima Online Savings and Loan? They may have further directions on where to find the prompt that requires a response in the website. I recommend requesting to speak with escalations or a Tier 2 representative if necessary, as they may have more familiarity with third-party programs and their requirements.
