One Step Update and Sync To Cloud Lock UP

I deactivated every account being used by the One Step Update and Sync To Cloud, rebooted Quicken, then reactivated my accounts for One Step Update.
That fixed my problem, and One Step Update and Sync now work as advertised.
One or more of my accounts must have been causing the lock-up. Try it for your lock-up issues.
